By accessing or using iStudy12, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. iStudy12 is an online practice and test preparation platform owned and operated by iStudy Infotech. The platform is independently managed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official examination authority, including National Testing Agency (NTA), NEET, or JEE.

All content available on the platform—including but not limited to questions, solutions, performance analytics, software features, design elements, and study materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of iStudy Infotech. Such content is provided solely for personal and non-commercial use. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, sharing of login credentials, resale, or misuse of platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

iStudy12 does not guarantee specific examination results, ranks, or admissions outcomes. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and uninterrupted access, the Company shall not be held liable for technical issues, temporary disruptions, examination performance, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

By registering or continuing to use iStudy12, you consent to receive academic updates, service-related notifications, and important communications related to your account. Your continued use of the platform following any updates or modifications to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
